Confirmation and Payment

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email on receipt of the booking form. Should a tax invoice be required for payment, this will be sent out by email on receipt of the booking form. Payment for all attendees needs to be made in full at least five working days prior to commencement of the seminar.


In the event of a cancellation once a booking form has been received, the following will apply:

  • A substitute can be sent in place of the original person booked at no charge.
  • If a cancellation is made 7 working days or more prior to the event, no cancellation charge will be imposed. However, an administration fee of 10% of the cost of the event will be deducted.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 7 working days prior to the event the full cost will be imposed with no refund.
  • If a registered participant does not show up on the booked day, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Schedule

Qualtrain International reserves the right to vary the advertised program. However, should this occur participants would be fully informed of the changes at least two weeks prior to the event being held.


The participant is responsible for any damage sustained to the hotel's premises, fixture or fittings where the event is being held. This includes damage in the function room or in any part of the hotel.

Right of admission is reserved and is at the discretion of Qualtrain International.
